Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join their client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of clinic sites while acting as a vital communication link between staff and physicians.

Monday-Friday

8:00am-5:00pm

Onsite

Pay $80,000-$100,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Support sites' business success and serve as the communication bridge between staff and physicians.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Clinic Operations.
  • Oversee all site operations, including human resources, training, performance evaluations, and ensure sites meet annual budget and operational goals.
  • Lead a team effectively to achieve clinic objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance operational procedures to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in management/supervisory roles within a medical office setting.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required; EPIC experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to assess and manage workflow, use sound judgment and have excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and change
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Education requirement is a BA Degree.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details:

This position is a supervisory role with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
